623 North Maple — This was the home of a childhood friend of Andrew Carnegie. The landscaping was quite impressive.

417 N. Elm — We have no idea when this beauty was built ... but it is one of our Guthrie favorites.

624 East Cleveland — This marvelous Georgian Revival home originally cost $5,000 to build. A small fortune at the turn of the century.
